About

Hi, I'm Eve.

Board-certified nurse practitioner, educator, and fellow traveler on this midlife road.

Menopause, Honey. is the conversation I wish someone had handed me at 42 — warm, evidence-based, and refreshingly honest about what's actually happening to our bodies, our brains, and our lives.

My Story

It started at 3 a.m.

I'm a nurse practitioner. I've spent my career caring for women. And still — when perimenopause arrived for me, I was caught completely off guard.

The 3 a.m. wake-ups. The rage out of nowhere. The brain fog that made me forget the word "refrigerator." The body that felt like it belonged to someone else.

I started asking the same question my patients had been quietly asking me for years: "What in the world is happening to me?"

Menopause, Honey. is what I built from that question.

Why I Created Menopause, Honey.

Because we deserve better information.

Women in midlife have been handed silence, shrugs, and pamphlets from 1998. We've been told it's "just stress" or "just aging" or — my personal favorite — "just part of being a woman."

Honey, no.

We deserve real science explained in real language. We deserve to know that itchy ears, burning mouth, and electric-shock zaps are actually on the symptom list. We deserve to feel seen, informed, and a little less alone at 3 a.m.

That's what this space is for.
